Built Around a Simple Idea

The RightWay Property Care was built around a simple idea: taking care of a property shouldn't require managing a different company for every small need.

We saw an opportunity to create a property-care company that could do more than complete one task and leave. By bringing cleaning, property care, minor repairs, turnover services, and service coordination together, we're able to provide customers with a more practical way to care for their properties.

For rental properties especially, that means helping take a property from move-out to ready while giving the property manager or owner one central point of contact throughout the process.

As a family-owned company, we're building The RightWay around the kind of service we would expect ourselves: clear communication, dependable work, respect for the property, and accountability for what we say we'll do.

Penny brings a background in business operations, client service, project coordination, and organizational leadership to The RightWay. Her experience supporting businesses and community organizations has shaped TRW's focus on strong systems, clear communication, and dependable customer experiences. She leads the company's operations, business development, partnerships, and administrative strategy while helping ensure every project is managed with care from beginning to end.

Kenny Camp

A California native with extensive hands-on experience in home improvement projects, Kenny brings practical problem-solving and attention to detail to The RightWay. His professional background also includes transportation and public-facing service, including experience as a light rail operator. He leads field operations and works directly with properties to assess needs, complete projects, and help ensure the work meets The RightWay standard.
